1. Please fill out the Intake Form, someone will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your family's needs.

2. Once you feel ready, we will welcome you and your family to the facility for a tour, you will have an opportunity to meet our team and obtain additional information about the program.

3. If you decide to join Kids Rise, we will schedule an Assessment and work with the insurance company to review authorizations.

​

4. Therapy begins, and we will dedicate ourselves to support your family's needs.
